1. Eligibility for Free Delivery
Micro Trends offers free delivery on all items within UK Mainland. All orders qualify for free delivery.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• All orders placed before 2pm will be sent via next day delivery.

• Customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has been dispatched.

3. Exclusions & Restrictions

• Free delivery does not apply to expedited or express shipping locations.

• Free delivery is only applicable for residential and business addresses; PO Boxes may not be eligible.

4. International Shipping

• Free delivery is limited to UK Mainland. International orders outside of these areas may incur additional shipping fees.

• Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Changes & Cancellations

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
