Micro Trends provides a comprehensive warranty for all gaming PCs purchased from our website. We provide a three-year warranty on all labour and service work performed by our team. Hardware warranty is covered for a period of one-year warranty under sensible use from the original date of purchase.
2. What is Covered?
Hardware components, including CPU, GPU, RAM, motherboard, storage drives, power supply, and cooling system, are covered against manufacturer defects.
Pre-installed software and operating systems are covered for installation errors.
Labor costs for repair or replacement of defective components.
3. What is Not Covered?
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
Software issues unrelated to hardware failures, including viruses and malware.
Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, water, or fire.
Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage.
4. Warranty Claim Process
