Welcome to MT PCS LTD . By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully—we’ve kept the jargon to a minimum so you can get back to your build.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Custom Builds & Specifications

  • Component Availability: Due to the volatile nature of the hardware market, specific components (e.g., GPU brands) may be substituted with an equivalent or better part if the original is out of stock. We will notify you if a major substitution is required.
  • Performance: FPS estimates and benchmarks provided on our site are for informational purposes only. Actual performance may vary based on software updates, drivers, and environmental factors.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Accuracy: We strive for 100% accuracy, but if a "God-tier" rig is accidentally listed for $1.00 due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Lead Times: Custom PC builds typically require [2] to [3] business days for assembly and testing before shipping.
  • Damage in Transit: If your PC arrives looking like it was used for target practice, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damage.

5. Warranty & Technical Support

  • Limited Warranty: We provide a 1-year limited warranty on parts and labor for all pre-built and custom systems.
  • Voiding Warranty: Overclocking beyond factory settings, liquid damage, or unauthorized hardware modifications by the user may void your warranty.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: Components sold individually (CPUs, GPUs) are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Restocking Fee: Because custom PCs are built to order, returns for "change of mind" are subject to a [e.g., 15%] restocking fee.
  • Software: Opened software or digital codes are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

MT PCS LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or "gaming downtime") arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
